House rules
Maximum occupancy is eight guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Streaming requires guests’ own accounts. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. A mandatory, non-refundable Sea Colony resort fee applies per person, per week to all guests aged four and older and grants access to community-managed facilities. VueStay collects the fee on Sea Colony’s behalf. Purchase before arrival to avoid potential check-in delays. Published fees are: April 1–May 8, 2026: $20; May 9–June 5, 2026: $35; June 6–September 11, 2026: $58; September 12–October 16, 2026: $35; October 17, 2026–March 31, 2027: $20. Fees may change without notice. 2027 rates are not finalized; 2026 fees are placeholders and may be adjusted. Amenity availability is not guaranteed. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee. No refund applies within 30 days; exact deadlines depend on stay dates. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.
Getting there
Sea Colony’s nearly half-mile private beach is just steps from the condo. A maximum of two Sea Colony parking passes is permitted; additional vehicles must park off resort property.
