Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the third has two double beds. The private balcony has seating and uninterrupted ocean views, with Sea Colony’s nearly half-mile private beach just steps from the door. The open-plan interior includes a living area with a streaming TV, a dining table and a full kitchen. Streaming requires guests’ own accounts. Central air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, a private washer and dryer, linens, towels, a hair dryer, an iron and shower and toilet grab rails are provided. Shared Sea Colony facilities include 10 outdoor pools, two indoor pools, tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle and year-round security. Access to community-managed facilities requires a mandatory, non-refundable resort fee for guests aged four and older; amenity availability is not guaranteed. Parking passes are limited to two per stay. A mandatory, non-refundable Sea Colony resort fee applies per person, per week to all guests aged four and older and grants access to community-managed facilities. VueStay collects the fee on Sea Colony’s behalf. Purchase before arrival to avoid potential check-in delays.
