House rules
Maximum occupancy is four guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. A mandatory, non-refundable Sea Colony resort fee applies to every guest aged four and older, per person per week. Published fees are: 04/01/26–05/08/26: $20; 05/09/26–06/05/26: $35; 06/06/26–09/11/26: $58; 09/12/26–10/16/26: $35; 10/17/26–03/31/27: $20. Fees are collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony and are subject to change without notice. Purchase before arrival to avoid possible check-in delays. The 2027 rates are not finalized; 2026 fees are placeholders and may be adjusted. Amenity availability is not guaranteed. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellation within 30 days receives no refund. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay's rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.
Getting there
Sea Colony's half-mile private guarded beach and oceanfront pools are steps away. Parking is limited to a maximum of two Sea Colony passes; additional vehicles must park off resort property.
