Before you book
House rules
The renter must be at least 25 years old. Dogs are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. A mandatory, non-refundable Sea Colony resort fee applies to every guest aged four or older, per person per week, in addition to accommodation charges. VueStay collects the fee on behalf of Sea Colony. Purchasing the required fee before arrival helps avoid check-in delays. The published 2026 schedule is: April 1–May 8, 2026: $20; May 9–June 5, 2026: $35; June 6–September 11, 2026: $58; September 12–October 16, 2026: $35; October 17, 2026–March 31, 2027: $20. Fees may change without notice. The 2027 fees are not finalized; 2026 fees are placeholders and may be adjusted. Community amenity availability is not guaranteed.
Getting there
The condo is oceanfront, just steps from Sea Colony's half-mile private beach and oceanfront pools. A maximum of two Sea Colony parking passes is available; additional vehicles must park off the property.
