The private balcony overlooks the beach, ocean and oceanfront pool. Access is available without stairs, and an elevator is provided. Sleeping arrangements comprise one queen bed in Bedroom 1, two twin beds in Bedroom 2 and one sofa bed in each of two common spaces. Sea Colony has a half-mile private beach, 12 shared pools including two indoor pools, tennis facilities, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle and year-round security.
