Before you book
House rules
Book the entire home; individual rooms cannot be booked. Occupancy is eight guests with up to four extra guests, with one extra guest accommodated in each bedroom. Cleaning charges of INR 2000 apply. Alcohol is allowed. Guests must not cross into neighbouring properties and must respect neighbours' privacy. Guest access is restricted to common areas such as the living room and garden. Optional experiences require prior booking and confirmation and are subject to availability. Starting charges per one-time experience: bonfire ₹1,500; karaoke setup ₹5,000; room decoration ₹3,500; candlelight dinner setup for two ₹2,000; celebration decoration ₹5,000; garden/poolside breakfast setup for two ₹2,500; picnic for two ₹2,000; live artist/live events ₹15,000; match screening/movie nights with small bites ₹6,500; speedboat transfers ₹12,000; Mandwa Jetty pickup ₹1,500. Traditional meal starts at ₹999 per person per plate; barbecue starts at ₹650 per person. In-villa spa pricing is on request.
Getting there
Saral Beach is five minutes away. Connecting roads are good; check road and weather conditions before travelling. Bedrooms and guest spaces extend across the ground, first and second floors.
