A beach access walkover is just steps away, and a community boat launch at the end of Crutchfield Avenue provides access for canoeing, paddleboarding and kayaking. A shared boat slip is also available.

The minimum age to rent is 25. Pets, smoking and vaping are not allowed. For bookings made 31 or more days before arrival, 25% is due at booking; within 30 days of arrival, 100% is due at booking. Cancellations 14 days or less before arrival are non-refundable; cancellations 15–30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund; cancellations 31 or more days before arrival receive a refund of all advance payments.
