House rules

Smoking indoors is prohibited; non-compliance incurs a €300 fine. Parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not permitted. Keep noise levels down, especially at night, and respect neighbours. The property may have a Minut sensor monitoring noise, smoke and temperature for safety. It does not record conversations or collect personal data. Do not disable, cover or tamper with installed equipment. The team may contact guests if abnormal levels are detected. All guests must present valid identification for registration under Portuguese law. When applicable, municipal tourist tax is €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 13 and above, for a maximum of seven nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link is sent before arrival. Schedule check-in at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise it is subject to team availability. The check-in window is 16:00–22:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. A travel crib, high chair and baby bath are free on request before check-in; requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may incur an additional fee. For stays of eight nights or more, a mid-stay replenishment of linen, towels and consumables is provided; it is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning is available on request at extra cost. Cancellation is free up to 14 days before check-in. A 100% cancellation fee applies thereafter, subject to this exception: bookings made less than 14 days before check-in may be cancelled free within 48 hours of booking, no later than five days before check-in. After the applicable free-cancellation period, the cleaning fee and tourist tax remain refundable.
