House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets under 20 kg are allowed, except dangerous-breed animals. Do not charge electric vehicles from the house's domestic sockets; use a dedicated charging point. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to share your arrival time and arrange key collection. Bed linen and towels are not supplied; linen may be ordered for an additional fee and is provided for the stay without replacement. In-stay housekeeping is not provided. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is taken as a credit-card pre-authorisation. A 10% concierge service fee and €115 end-of-stay cleaning fee per booking apply. Optional linen charges per booking: kitchen cloths €2, towel set €7, double-bed linen €15, single-bed linen €12 and bath mat €3. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the booking.
Getting there
The sea is 30 m away; the first fishing beaches are 100 m away, Cormier beach is 300 m away, Port Giraud beach is 400 m away and Tharon's main beach is 1 km away. The distances are stated without a specific access mode. The house is on a one-way street along the coast. Up to three cars can park on the property.
