House rules
Check-in on December 25 is unavailable. Bookings within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions require coordination with the Guest Experience team. A signed pet agreement must be returned before arrival, and the host must be notified in advance. Dogs must be trained, cleaned up after indoors and outdoors, kept off furniture and beds, and crated when guests are away. Published pet charges are a non-refundable $200 per pet plus tax and an additional $100 pet cleaning fee. As of July 15, 2025, Lion Mountain HOA prohibits fires and charcoal barbecuing due to extreme heat and fire risk until further notice. Exterior security cameras monitor the property.
Getting there
Downtown Whitefish is five minutes away. Whitefish Lake State Park is within walking distance, and Whitefish Mountain Resort is a 20-minute drive. Stairs connect the living levels. Parking is limited to eight cars, with six driveway spaces and two spaces on the parking pad.
