## About the house

The home has two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. An open-concept great room features hardwood floors, a river-rock wood-burning fireplace, a leather sofa and a Roku-equipped 50-inch TV. The kitchen has a built-in gas range, high-end appliances and granite countertops. The dining table seats eight, with two additional seats at the copper-wrapped bar. A mudroom provides storage for ski or hiking gear.

A wraparound porch offers forest views, a café table for two and a grill. The primary bedroom on the second floor has a king bed and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The first floor has three guest bedrooms: two with a queen bed each and one with a queen bed and twin trundle. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

The lower-level living area includes a large leather sectional, dart board, games and a 50-inch TV. A laundry room has a washer and dryer. The back patio has string lights, a firepit and a private hot tub. A fire and charcoal-barbecue ban applies until further notice. Kitchen, laundry and bath starter essentials are provided. Exterior security cameras monitor the property.

Downtown Whitefish is five minutes away. Whitefish Lake State Park is within walking distance, and Whitefish Mountain Resort is a 20-minute drive. Stairs connect the living levels. Parking is limited to eight cars, with six driveway spaces and two spaces on the parking pad.

Check-in on December 25 is unavailable. Bookings within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions require coordination with the Guest Experience team. A signed pet agreement must be returned before arrival, and the host must be notified in advance. Dogs must be trained, cleaned up after indoors and outdoors, kept off furniture and beds, and crated when guests are away. Published pet charges are a non-refundable $200 per pet plus tax and an additional $100 pet cleaning fee. As of July 15, 2025, Lion Mountain HOA prohibits fires and charcoal barbecuing due to extreme heat and fire risk until further notice. Exterior security cameras monitor the property.
