House rules
Check-in is from 15:30; check-out is by 10:30. Pets are not permitted unless an exception is granted; an exception costs DKK 200 per day in additional cleaning. Dishes are not included in final cleaning. Optional breakfast must be ordered at least two days before check-in. Sauna and/or hot-tub reservations must be made at least two days before arrival; each session is 1 hour 30 minutes and costs DKK 450 per facility, including two people. Private-use time slots are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The property is near Herning, Messecenter Herning and Jyske Bank Boxen. The apartments are described as a few steps from the lake.
