The house

The home has a furnished living area, an open-plan dining area and a well-equipped contemporary kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, hobs, toaster and kettle. Outside there is a garden/patio and space to relax. Bikes in the garage are available for exploring nearby bike trails.

Five bedrooms include a loft suited to children. The bedroom configurations are one king, one queen, one queen, two singles, and two double bunks plus two singles. There are two bathrooms: an ensuite with a basin, toilet and shower, and a main bathroom with a basin, toilet, shower and bath. An additional toilet has a hand basin.

Facilities include a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, books, toys, a heat pump, air conditioning and central heating. Laundry facilities comprise a washing machine, dryer and drying room. Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are supplied, along with pillows and duvets. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure. Off-road parking is available. There is no pool or hot tub.
