The house

The apartment accommodates six guests in three rear-facing bedrooms overlooking the greens. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and an ensuite; bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a double bed. Storage, natural light and hotel-style linen are provided.

The open-plan living area has a six-seater couch, coffee table and TV with free-to-air channels and streaming apps; guests use their own streaming accounts. The kitchen includes an oven, electric stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cookware, dishes and utensils. The dining table seats six, with two additional countertop seats. The private balcony has outdoor furniture and golf-course views.

Air conditioning serves the living room, master bedroom and bedroom 2; bedroom 3 has a fan. A private laundry contains a washer/dryer combo. Towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, bed linen and a small welcome amenity pack are provided. Other facilities include heating, a bathtub, room-darkening shades and an elevator. Secure onsite garage parking is free for two cars, with a 2.1 m height limit.

The apartment is minutes from the beach and town centre, with Catalina Club Golf Course next door. Local buses connect nearby towns and beaches. Self-check-in is available, with onsite key collection. Long-term stays are also allowed, and the apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12.
