House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. All checking-in guests must provide a passport or valid ID, as required by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). A security deposit of 2500 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a property damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellation within 14 days of arrival incurs the full reservation price.

The apartment is next to Marina Walk and close to the beach.
