The apartment occupies the first floor of a small modern development just off Putney Hill. A wooden-floored hallway leads to a naturally bright, open-plan living area with a cushioned, hand-built banquette beneath a large window, wood panelling, cream accessories and a Smart TV. The dining area also serves as a work-from-home space.

The kitchen overlooks a tree-lined street and is equipped for home cooking with a hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, cookware, utensils and crockery. The bedroom connects to the lounge through a sliding door and has one king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and a wood-panelled, illuminated headboard. The bathroom facilities include a shower and hot water. Central heating, a washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit are available.

Putney mainline station is 0.7 miles away, and East Putney Underground station on the District Line is 0.9 miles away. Local bus routes are nearby, with connections to Wimbledon, Fulham, Clapham Junction and Chelsea. Putney Heath, Wimbledon Common and the River Thames are close by; the A3 is also nearby.
