Self check-in is provided without an on-site host. Identification documents for every guest are requested after booking. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be identified in advance. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Guests must follow condominium rules, may not hang items on windows, balconies or exterior areas, and may not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
