Self check-in is used. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight; visitors must be identified in advance. Guests must follow condominium rules. Package deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang items on windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents for each guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable. Check-out after 10:00 may result in an additional daily charge.
