Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00, with early check-in potentially available on request and subject to availability. Check-out is by 11:00. Events are not allowed. Outside guests are not allowed. Commercial photography and filming are allowed subject to terms and conditions. Guests are asked to lock valuables in the safety deposit box.

The villa is located just minutes from Nyang Nyang Beach and near cafés, restaurants, and beach clubs.
