## About the house

The home has an open-plan living and dining area, a private garden, a patio with outdoor tables and chairs, and a barbecue. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the third has a bunk bed, accommodating up to six guests. The bathroom facilities comprise a main bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet, plus a separate toilet with a basin. The main bathroom has dual access.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee plunger, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, cooktop, toaster and kettle. A Smart TV, Wi-Fi, books, playing cards and games are provided. Heating includes heat pumps, an electric blanket and hot-water bottles. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a hairdryer is available.

Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are supplied, with pillows and duvets at the property. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure.

The town’s cafés and bars are a five-minute stroll away, and a local gym, public swimming pool and supermarket are a short stroll away. Off-road and roadside parking are available, with space for only two vehicles up the private driveway. There is no on-property pool or hot tub.
