House rules
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specified hours, and guests should keep noise mild and within the villa. Events and shoots require the homeowner's approval. Overnight accommodation for event or shoot bookings is limited to 6 people. Meals are available onsite at additional charges and should be paid before check-in. Alcohol is allowed.
