A large, partially covered wraparound deck overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. The furnished front deck offers bay and sunset views. Parking, a gas grill and an outdoor shower are underneath the house. Guests can walk out the back door to the beach.

Historic Fort Gaines is 5.5 miles away. Miguel's Beach'n Baja and the Lighthouse Bakery are both within 3.5 miles of the home.

The home is directly on the Gulf of Mexico beach; guests can walk out the back door onto the beach.

Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to six people and must not exceed the guest count on the reservation. Stays are temporary only, not for permanent residence. The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless a different unit-specific or legal minimum applies, provide proof of age on request and remain at the property throughout the stay. Guests below the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Adults must supervise minors at all times.

Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including decks, porches and outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law. Emotional support animals require authorization as pets. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari's written permission, and additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills are prohibited. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, is prohibited.

Subject to booking-channel terms, charges may include damage or loss; up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations; up to $500 for additional cleaning, or actual cost if greater, for rule violations or excessive mess; and official or HOA fines plus related damages. Late departure may incur a fee of up to one night's rental. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Violations may result in removal without refund.

Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for repairs. Property entry may occur with reasonable notice, or immediately in an emergency. The cancellation policy shown on the booking channel at booking applies. Unit-specific terms override these general terms; conflicting booking-channel terms control.
