Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 25 are not accepted. Do not use domestic sockets to charge electric vehicles. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key collection and provide the arrival time. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorisation. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per booking; single-bed linen €14 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €75 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking; cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement.
Getting there
Plage de Penvins, a sandy beach, is 950 m away. The property has two garage parking spaces. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. No dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket is available; do not use domestic sockets.
