The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, and sliding doors to the patio with sea views. Both guest bedrooms have walk-in closets and twin beds that can be converted to a king. Shared facilities include two free-form swimming pools, a fitness centre and secured parking. Ceiling fans, a hair dryer, Smart TV, cable and entertainment systems, a security safe, building entry control and a 24-hour guard are available. Housekeeping service is provided, and watersports are available by request.

The condominium is on the fifth floor. The community has direct access to Dover Beach, approximately a one-minute walk away. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent. Bridgetown is a 15-minute drive away; Grantley Adams International Airport is a 17-minute drive away.

Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. For cancellations more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. The Christmas period, December 19–January 9, is always non-refundable.
