The condo has an open-plan living area, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a separate dining area and a covered verandah with dining seating for six. The primary bedroom opens onto the verandah and has an entertainment system, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and remote-controlled blackout curtains. The second bedroom has a television and built-in closet. Air conditioning is provided throughout. Shared facilities include two free-form swimming pools, a pool shower and a fitness centre. Housekeeping service is available. Other amenities include ceiling fans, a hair dryer, cable TV, a security safe, coded building entry and a 24-hour guard. Watersports are available by request.

The condo is on the fourth floor. Dover Beach is a one-minute walk away, with secure beach access from the community. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent. St. Lawrence Gap nightlife is a 12-minute walk or four-minute drive away. Oistins is a nine-minute drive away, and Grantley Adams International Airport is a 17-minute drive away.

Smoking is not permitted. For cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. The Christmas period, December 19–January 9, is always non-refundable.
