This two-bedroom condominium accommodates four guests and has three bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen and living areas open onto a covered gallery and double-length patio with ocean views and outdoor dining. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, LED lighting and a breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, dressing table and patio access. Both bedrooms have large flat-screen televisions and en-suite bathrooms. A former third bedroom is now an office or den. Shared facilities include two free-form swimming pools, a fitness centre, secure gated parking and direct beach access. Ceiling fans, a hair dryer, cable television, a security safe, a 24-hour guard and housekeeping service are available. Watersports are available by request. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent.

The condominium is on the third floor. Dover Beach has direct access from the community and is a one-minute walk away. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent. Massy Stores Worthing is a seven-minute drive away; Massy Stores Oistins is an eight-minute drive away. Oistins is a nine-minute drive away, and Grantley Adams International Airport is a 17-minute drive away. St. Lawrence Gap nightlife is a 12-minute walk or four-minute drive away.

Smoking is not permitted. For cancellations more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. The Christmas period, December 19–January 9, is always non-refundable.
