House rules
Smoking is not permitted anywhere. Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival receive a refund of the deposit less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. Stays during December 19 through January 9 are always non-refundable.
Getting there
The suite is beachfront on Dover Beach. Dover Beach is a one-minute walk away. Restaurants and St. Lawrence Gap are within walking distance; the area guidance lists St. Lawrence Gap as a 12-minute walk or four-minute drive.
