House rules
Smoking is not permitted. Christmas-period bookings from December 19 to January 9 are always non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival are subject to a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee; cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable.
Getting there
The condo is on a split level and guests must be able to climb a set of stairs. Dover Beach is a one-minute walk. Restaurants and St. Lawrence Gap are within the stated walking distances and drive times in the area guide. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
