Condado, Ocean Park and Old San Juan are reachable by car or rideshare. The reservation is for two private bedrooms within a shared apartment, and the third bedroom may be occupied by another group.

Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children may stay as part of the group. Guests must honor the 11:00 AM check-out time; unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. Utility interruptions can occur, and the property has no backup power system or backup water tank. Bottled water is provided according to stay length and number of guests.
