The house

The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. High ceilings, warm wood finishes and floor-to-ceiling glass connect the interior to a deck with a private outdoor plunge pool, outdoor dining and sun loungers. Some bedrooms have direct deck or pool-deck access. The property has a private entrance, balcony, patio and veranda, with ocean, water and mountain views.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave, ice maker, blender, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils and dishes. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi and broadband, a washer and dryer, ironing board, smart TV, speakers and stereo are available. A king bed is among the advertised furnishings.

Outdoor and leisure facilities include a gas barbecue, kayaks, darts, a pool table and beach towels. Boat mooring is available at the villa and at a local marina. A baby cot and high chair are available, and the property welcomes children. Maid service and contactless check-in and checkout are available. Safety facilities include a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, outdoor lighting, an entryway deadbolt, emergency exit route and safe box. Enhanced cleaning includes disinfecting high-touch surfaces and washing linens and towels at at least 60°C/140°F.

Beach yoga is available as an add-on service. Beach spa services and concierge-arranged island-hopping excursions to Ray Caye and Silk Caye are also offered.
