This recently renovated apartment is on the second floor of a condominium with an elevator. The bright living area has a balcony, sitting area, sofa and TV. A separate, fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, espresso machine, microwave, juicer, toaster, fridge and freezer.

Each of the two bedrooms has a queen-size bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.

Syracuse Station is 1.5 km away, and Catania Airport is one hour away by car. Cultural places to explore include the Greek theatre and archaeological park, the Ear of Dionysius, Paolo Orsi Museum, Latomie dei Cappuccini and Ortigia. Beaches in the surrounding region include Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche; Ortigia has the Zefiro and Nettuno solariums and the small free beach Cala Rossa.
