The pool area is about 50 m below the villa and is reached by a paved ramp or lawn pathway. It includes a main pool measuring 5.90 × 10 m with a constant depth of 1.39 m and a hydromassage pool measuring 3.20 × 5.90 m with a depth of 1 m. The area is enclosed by a gate and has a stone solarium, umbrellas, sunbeds, a covered pergola and two outdoor showers. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is 2 km from the Palazzo di Varignana resort and spa. The access roads include 500 m of unpaved road. The pool is about 50 m from the villa and is reached by a paved ramp or lawn pathway. Parking is available for up to seven cars.

The rate does not cover parties, events or visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit. These are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted. Heating is an extra-cost service. Mandatory extra cleaning applies when animals are present.
