Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax through the payment link sent a few days before arrival to receive access details. Access begins at 15:00; the regular arrival window ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Check out no later than 10:00.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a canal-front building, 550 meters from Venice Santa Lucia train station.
