House rules
Maximum occupancy is seven guests: five base guests plus two additional guests subject to an extra charge. Extra beds may not be prepared or available if the additional guests have not been paid for. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 200.00 EUR must be paid to the owner on arrival. Optional extra-bed service costs 20€/night; mandatory final cleaning costs 60€/stay.

The apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator. Los Boliches beach is 550 meters away; Fuengirola town is 1.5 km away. The train station is 0.450 km away and the bus stop is 0.4 km away. No private beach access is provided.
