Santa Illuminata is an 11th-century abbey complex with a consecrated church, antique exposed stone, chestnut-wood beams, terracotta floors, landscaped grounds and a private panoramic pool. The property includes a main house and an annex about 50 metres away. When rented in this solution, no other guests are present on site. The villa borders the owners' house; the owners are described as discreet and available while respecting guests' privacy and exclusive areas.

It is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

The property is in Santa Illuminata, Massa Martana, about 15 minutes from Todi and 45 minutes from Perugia. Access includes 500 metres of unpaved road in good condition that is not suitable for low vehicles. Todi is 14 km away, Collevalenza is 6 km away and services and shops in Cimacolle are 2 km away.

The property is not fenced. Pets are allowed. Events and receptions can be organized in the spacious halls and outdoor areas. The tower bedroom may be used provided that the total number of guests does not exceed 20. No other guests are present on site when the property is rented in this solution.
