The Abbey has antique exposed stone, chestnut-wood ceilings, terracotta floors and air conditioning throughout. It includes living and sitting rooms, a dining room, kitchen, basement room with fireplace and laundry, eight double bedrooms, a courtyard and landscaped grounds. The property is rented exclusively, with no other guests on site. The owners live next door and are available while respecting guests' privacy and exclusive areas.

The pool area has sunbeds, deckchairs, a gazebo, umbrellas, an outdoor cold-water shower and a changing room with bathroom. It is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

The property is in Santa Illuminata, Massa Martana, about 15 minutes from Todi and 45 minutes from Perugia. The access includes 500 metres of unpaved road in good condition that is not suitable for low vehicles. Shops and services in Cimacolle are 2 km away. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 130 km away and the Adriatic Sea is 185 km away.

The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The property is not fenced. Pets are allowed. Events and receptions may be organised in the spacious halls and outdoor areas. When rented in this solution, no other guests are present on site. The owners' house borders the villa; the owners are available while respecting guests' privacy and exclusive areas.
