The house

The villa has two porches: one with a built-in barbecue and another at the front with a sofa overlooking the garden. The grounds include trees, plants, a lawn, a children's playground and six sun loungers. The chlorine pool measures 9 × 4.5 metres and is 0.8–1.6 metres deep. An outdoor bathroom has a shower. The property boundary is fully fenced, but nearby neighbours mean privacy is not total.

On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to the living room and kitchen. The living room has two sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning, and the dining area has a table and chairs. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board. This floor also has a double bedroom and a shower bathroom.

Upstairs are a bathroom with a bathtub and two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with a double bed. All three bedrooms have a wardrobe and satellite TV. A cot and high chair are available on request. Wi-Fi and outdoor parking for five cars are available. The living-room fireplace cannot be used.
