The villa has two porches: one with a built-in barbecue and another at the front with a sofa overlooking the garden. The grounds include trees, plants, a lawn, a children's playground and six sun loungers. The chlorine pool measures 9 × 4.5 metres and is 0.8–1.6 metres deep. An outdoor bathroom has a shower. The property boundary is fully fenced, but nearby neighbours mean privacy is not total.

On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to the living room and kitchen. The living room has two sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning, and the dining area has a table and chairs.
