## About the house

The apartment accommodates five guests. A large entrance hall leads to a living area with a sofa, television and dining table. The equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and toaster.

Both bedrooms have a queen-size bed and their own bathroom. One bedroom has an additional adjoining room with a single sofa bed, desk and closets. All rooms have air conditioning. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer and shower are available.

An internal staircase leads to a furnished terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center. Palermo Central Station, with airport shuttle and bus stops, is a few meters away. The surrounding historic center is active day and night; construction sites, clubs and gathering places may cause noise.

A cot is available on request for €25 per stay. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations.

The apartment is on the third floor of a historic building with a lift. The terrace is reached by an internal staircase. Palermo Central Station, with airport shuttle and bus stops, is a few meters away. Noise from nearby construction sites, clubs and gathering places may be audible during the day and night.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in ends at 20:00; the start time depends on the destination. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Check-out is no later than 10:00. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. A cot is available on request for €25 per stay.
