House rules
The minimum rental period is one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra fee of 80€ applies to cover domestic services such as water, electricity and gas in the event of irresponsible use. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only.
Getting there
The river and Santa Apolónia station are less than five minutes away on foot. The apartment borders historic Alfama, near Feira da Ladra, Santa Clara market and the Pantheon. Keys must be collected at the Welcome Center in Lisbon.
