The third-floor apartment is reached on foot. A small entrance hallway leads into an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, dining table, sofa, television and closet. A French window opens onto a small balcony. Stairs lead to the mezzanine sleeping area with one queen-size bed. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine.
The kitchen includes a microwave, kettle, moka coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron and a hairdryer are available. Other accommodations occupy the same building.
The historic-center location allows exploration of Palermo on foot. Palermo central station is around 1 km away, and Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is 30 km away. Noise from construction, clubs and nearby gathering places may be audible during the day and at night.
