The house

The home accommodates up to eight guests and has two kitchen, living and dining areas. The open-plan main living area opens through sliding doors to outdoor lounge seating. Multiple outdoor dining and lounging areas include a covered patio, outdoor furniture and a BBQ. The ground floor has a second lounge, private courtyard, kitchen and small dining table.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, an ensuite and access to a sunny terrace. Bedroom 2 has two king-single beds, and bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a queen bed. The ensuite and bathroom 2 each have a toilet, shower and hand basin; bathroom 3 has a shower, hand basin and separate toilet.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, two TVs with Freeview only, two heat pumps, a coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster and kettle. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided, along with pillows and duvets. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure. There is no pool or hot tub.

Off-street car/boat parking is available, with a stated limit of up to 5 m. Whangamata main street is a few hundred metres away for shopping, dining and events.
