The farmhouse is divided into two independent units over approximately 350 square metres, with both units accessed from the external portico. The property includes a flat garden, a swimming pool, a pergola with an outdoor dining table, and a stone barbecue. Wine tastings from the estate vineyards may be available on request.

The swimming pool is in the flat garden a few metres from the house. It measures 5 x 10 metres, has a depth of 1 to 2 metres, a travertine lining, a metal access ladder, internal lighting, chlorine purification, sunbeds, umbrellas and a cold-water shower. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The property is in the Tuscan countryside. The paved road reaches the property gate, followed by approximately 300 metres of well-maintained unpaved road. Parking is within the property. Montepulciano is 11 km away, Pienza 21 km away, and Montepulciano Stazione 7 km away.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning when animals are present.
