## About the house

The home accommodates up to 10 guests in four bedrooms and has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Level 1 has a full bathroom with a standing shower and a recreation room with a wet bar and foosball. Level 2 contains a soundside queen ensuite with a standing shower, whirlpool tub and deck access, plus a half bathroom, great room, kitchen, dining area and open decks. Level 3 contains a soundside king ensuite with a standing shower and whirlpool tub, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets.

Bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets are provided. Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, multiple TVs, a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and municipal water. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster. Outdoors there are furnishings, a gas grill, an outdoor shower and five beach chairs. A 50-amp EV charging outlet is available; bring your own adapter and cable.

The adjacent soundfront community pier offers fishing and crabbing. Northpoint community amenities across the street include an indoor pool, tennis courts and oceanside parking; basketball courts and soundside access are also available. Duck's shops and dining are nearby.

The beach is a short walk away via Northpoint Beach Access. The soundfront community pier is adjacent to the home, and community facilities are across the street. Parking is limited to four vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.

No smoking. One pet is permitted; for 2026, one additional pet is permitted for $50 plus tax per week. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and are not permitted in pools or hot tubs. Sunday check-in and checkout. Early check-in is available in limited weekly quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
