House rules
Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking and shoes are not allowed inside the home. All stays over 14 days require a mid-stay clean charged at 50% of the departure cleaning fee. An arrival starter kit of essentials typically lasts 2–3 days. Children are welcome; long-term stays are allowed.
Getting there
A car is necessary. A private backyard path leads directly to the sandy shoreline, and Sandy Point Beach and waterfront trails are within walking distance. Sandy Point Marina is half a mile away. BLI Airport is 20 minutes away, downtown Bellingham is 25 minutes away, and the Canadian border is 40 minutes away.
