## About the house

The home overlooks Rosario Strait and Orcas Island, with views of Mt. Baker from the front door. Two separate living areas include a front sitting room suitable for reading or remote work and a west-facing living room with sofas, water views and a fireplace. The dining table seats four.

The equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and cooking utensils. A furnished wrap-around deck provides outdoor seating and dining, with a propane barbecue and a private backyard path leading directly to the sandy shoreline. A fire pit, beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, ocean views and storage. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and easy bathroom access. Amenities include heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, DVD player, toys, a washer and dryer, linens and extra pillows and blankets. The home is single-level and has a private entrance, self check-in/check-out and security cameras.

Guests can use nearby community tennis and pickleball courts on a first-come, first-served basis. Sandy Point Marina is half a mile away and offers boat launching. Sandy Point Beach and waterfront walking trails are within walking distance. Children are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed.

Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking and shoes are not allowed inside the home. All stays over 14 days require a mid-stay clean charged at 50% of the departure cleaning fee. An arrival starter kit of essentials typically lasts 2–3 days. Children are welcome; long-term stays are allowed.
