The villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a safe, an en-suite bathroom and French doors opening directly onto the pool deck. The open-plan entrance and living room include a television, DVD player and stereo and open onto a covered outdoor terrace with a large dining table, wet bar, BBQ and lounging areas. A study/office has a double sofa bed that can be used for additional children. The pool deck includes a gazebo and sun loungers. Guests have exclusive access to the Sandy Lane Beach Facilities at Sandy Lane, excluding the Sandy Lane hotel. The property is fully enclosed with a front gate. A cottage has a separate entrance and covered parking. Housekeeping, laundry service and a cook are provided; the cook provides breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The villa is on the edge of the Sandy Lane Golf Course. Guests have access to the Sandy Lane Property Owners' Beach Club and Sandy Lane Beach Facilities, but this does not include the Sandy Lane hotel. Sunset Crest and Holetown are a 5-minute drive away; Speightstown is 10–15 minutes north by car. Paynes Bay Beach is a 7-minute walk or 2-minute drive, and Sandy Lane Beach is a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive. A car is used for the stated nearby drives.

Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are refunded less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. The Christmas period from December 19 to January 9 is always non-refundable.
