Sandy Beach One accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms. The ground floor has a rumpus room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a private covered tiled courtyard with outdoor seating. The middle level has two further bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and a main bathroom. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area has polished wood floors, stone benchtops, a breakfast bar, ocean views and an enclosed deck. Three bedrooms each have a queen bed; the fourth has two single beds. Linen is provided. Facilities include heating, a TV, barbecue grill, dishwasher, dryer, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster and smoke detector. The property is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. A high chair is available on request. Professional management includes 24/7 local support.

Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use and only the guests included in the booking may be accommodated. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of changes. Pets are prohibited unless 'Pets Welcome' is advertised. Fixed arrival days may apply during peak periods, subject to the terms and conditions. Treat the property respectfully and comply with the house rules.
