The kitchen has granite countertops, double ovens, two dishwashers and a microwave. Two dining tables seat 20, and the breakfast bar seats four. A sun deck and a sunset loft provide additional places to relax. The top-floor ensuite bedroom has a king bed, a tiled double shower, a fireplace and deck access. Five middle-floor ensuite bedrooms each have deck access: four have king beds, and one has a twin-over-twin bunk set and a separate twin bed. The first floor has a twin bedroom, a bedroom with two double/twin bunk sets, a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a cabana half bathroom. A further half bathroom is on the top floor. The first-floor recreation room has a pool table, foosball and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and microwave. There is a double laundry room and access to the north garage. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets and an iron and ironing board are provided. Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, a hot tub seating four to six, a putting green, basketball goal, gas and charcoal grills, a fish-cleaning table and two outdoor showers.
