House rules
The minimum age to rent is 25. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM in the residential neighborhood. For bookings made 31 or more days before arrival, 30% is due at booking; within 30 days of arrival, 100% is due at booking. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable; cancellations 15–30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund; cancellations 31 or more days before arrival receive a refund of all advance payments.
Getting there
The home is across from the beach in Pirates’ Beach; the water’s edge is less than a five-minute walk away. Parking should accommodate up to four vehicles.
